The protagonist of this game.
Noire is the CPU of Lastation, making
her the leader of one of the four nations
that make up Gamarket.
She has a hard time expressing her true feelings,
and instead puts up a defensive wall.
In other words, she is a classic tsundere.
When she activates HDD, her personality shifts
and she becomes more confident and haughty,
but also fools around a bit more than she should.
Blanc is the CPU of Lowee, making her the leader
of one of the four nations that make up Gamarket.
She usually keeps to herself and has a calm demeanor,
but once she snaps, nobody can stop her until
her rage subsides.
Based on appearances, she looks
like the youngest of the four CPUs.
She has a complex about that.
The former main character of the Neptunia series.
Neptune is the CPU of Planeptune, making her the leader of
one of the four nations that make up Gamarket.
She has more energy and optimism than a sack full of rainbows.
This attitude tends to get her into trouble.
After accessing HDD, she becomes a calm,
mature woman—a stark contrast to her normal personality.
She's aware of it, and tries her best to compensate.
Vert is the CPU of Leanbox, making her the leader of one of
the four nations that make up Gamarket. Among the four CPUs,
she looks like the most mature one and acts like an older
sister toward the others. She is also a hardcore gamer.
Vert also has a soft spot for cute girls.
She will do anything to make them like her.
After activating HDD, she becomes even more
level-headed and mature. But she still shows off
her assets in the same manner...
A collected, objective-minded woman,
Lid normally has her ducks in a row. If one falls out of line,
she lets everyone know without beating around the bush.
Fearing confrontation, she prefers to set traps, hide inside
her cardboard box, and keep tabs on those around her.
If she is taken aback, she tends to flub her lines and
bite her tongue.
A simple-minded, energetic, and naïve girl, Estelle is a self-professed
"legendary" hero seeking "legendary" items. Her quest gets her in trouble
from time to time, even though she means no harm through her actions.
True to her appearance, she is the youngest of the generals.
She is full of energy, pure, and innocent to a fault.
Her breadth of knowledge is quite narrow, so she tends
to go off and do only the things she knows how to do.
Moru is an excellent tracker, able to find any enemies or
animals based on subtle signs like broken twigs,
crunched leaves, or by smell.
Tsunemi struggles to show her emotions and comes across
as having a stiff, almost mechanical personality.
Despite this, she is very sensitive to the emotions of others.
She is best able to communicate her true feelings through song.
Sango thinks herself the mightiest of all
and maintains this arrogance in her interactions with others.
She enjoys teasing and bringing calamity to others,
giving her a sadistic streak, but she does not seem
to mind receiving the same treatment...
As a fighter, Lee-Fi values strength over all else.
Admiring those with strength that rivals or bests her own,
she will obey their command once they have defeated her
in combat. She would rather act before thinking.
Lady Wac acts like not much bothers her, making her difficult
to approach. She will tease others, but then fail to meet their
expectations. Her age is a well-kept secret, but everyone knows
she has been around a few generations longer than anyone else.
She has the poise of a gorgeous man, but Blossom is a girl,
through and through. Hones her acting abilities on a daily
basis and plays male roles in several theatrical productions
throughout Gamarket. Blossom is very charismatic,
and is a natural born leader.
Vio is an expert at handling biohazard outbreak situations.
If something troubling occurs, she tries to solve it first
by firing her rocket launcher. In other words, she is kind of strange.
Ein Al tends to use cryptic, melodramatic, or difficult-to-understand syntax,
which confuses her friends and cements her "middle school delusion"
affliction (also known as "chunibyou"). She tries to act stylish and cool,
but since she's making everything up as she goes along, she fails to
convince others more often than not.
While she looks like a child, Resta is a mature girl with
copious amounts of common sense. She worries about Noire,
who she finds to be clumsy. An absolute virgin when it
comes to sexual education, but is willing to learn about it
(TOO willing, to most).
The girliest girl in this entire game, Saori would be a shoe-in as the leading
female role in a romantic visual novel. She thinks and talks about love constantly,
despite never being in a romantic
relationship before.
An energetic and optimistic athlete, Wyn acts well before she thinks.
She struggles to blow whistles properly, and ends up spittling out
a "plllblt" sound instead. She is simple-minded without being stubborn
about it, and has enough kindness to put everyone else's well-being
before her own.
An up-and-coming idol trying to be the newest smash sensation to hit
Gamarket. When nobody is looking, Ai shows her more duplicitous side.
However, she fails to follow through on her nefarious plans and ends up
quitting halfway.
If it's mechanical in nature, Generia can take care of it.
This truth has given her the reputation of being a super mechanic.
She talks like she has a military background, and has an infatuation
with giant robots.
Shows rectitude through her actions while remaining hidden away,
Little Rain is respected by her city's populace and is celebrated as
a saint. She is very calm and demure, but allows herself to grow
anxious easily. When she cannot handle any more stress, nobody
can quell her rage.
Poona goes at her own pace. This can be both good and bad,
since it means she speaks slowly, elongating certain words.
She is immensely kind and a pacifist, but has enough courage
to help a friend in danger. Everyone loves the cute bon-bon
above her head.
Ryuka possesses strong leadership qualities and looks after others.
She approaches problems with logic, and will not hesitate to show
no mercy to those who endanger her friends. Due to her penchant
of teasing and mocking others, Ryuka makes more enemies than
she even realizes.
Normally, Histoire is Neptune's watchdog,
but this time around she has chosen to assist
all the CPUs together, with Noire as the leader.
The other main character of this game.
He was hired on a whim to be Noire's personal secretary.
