The guillotine.
Official name: Bois du Justice.
One of the world’s most famous execution devices, designed in the late 17th-century. It beheaded
countless prisoners in the aftermath of the French Revolution.
Death at the foot of the guillotine was considered dignified. It was a tool of humane absolution,
granting both the rich and poor swift, painless deaths with ease.
What was designed with good intentions, however, soon became an instrument for evil. Some used
it ruthlessly as a large-scale murder weapon, going so far as to execute innocent lives
for entertainment.
The first Massacre Pink weapon, Guillotine, was born of this notion.
Theophile’s seed landed upon numerous execution and torture devices, giving rise to the eventual
bane of mankind.
It began with Guillotine, and continued with Iron Maiden, Gallows, and Pyre.
Fear, hatred, amusement, and torture. These emotions were potent when subsumed by
the seed’s mimicry.
They seeped into the stomachs of pregnant women, incubating within the unborn child.
Thus, Massacre Pink was born.
Without any knowledge, the child began to see herself as Guillotine.
Unbeknownst to her, she was under the watchful eye of her future master, who took a liking to
their shared distrust in humanity.
At first, this person viewed the newly-born Guillotine as a monster and considered killing her
before she could act on such impulses.
However, seeing the pink glow in her eyes, he realized her true nature.
Initially it was unclear to him how Massacre Pink came to be.
Thus he poured himself into his research, observing the connection between contaminated
pregnant women and the birth of these supernatural children.
The nature of their power was still a mystery, but he deduced the properties of mimicry in their
make-up, and what it meant for their development. Soon this knowledge became more
widely known.
The notion of heroism, for example, imbued its host with a desire to protect others.
But mimicking a device such as a guillotine produced equally-foreboding consequences.
With this in mind, the man decided to raise Guillotine as his own.

Raising Guillotine gave this man first-hand access to a Massacre Pink subject.
He identified the large bulbs protruding from the site of where the seeds landed, allowing whoever
entered it to warp to various other bulbs within its range.
The importance of these locations soon revealed itself.
In some cities, the seeds landed upon movie theaters. Themes from current films and anime were
subsumed by the plant, and produced Massacre Pink members reflecting their emotions.
The individual who witnessed Guillotine’s birth suspected that other such torture devices could be
harnessed as vessels for cruelty.
So too had he known of another bulb located a short distance from Guillotine’s birth site.
This certain someone began abducting people, namely pregnant women, forcing the parasite to
absorb them. He conducted this sadistic experiment numerous times until Massacre Pink could be
reborn in the image he envisioned.
Trials came with errors, but after four years, the second Massacre Pink girl was born.
This time, the pink-eyed baby could talk, thus calling herself Iron Maiden.
The Iron Maiden, originated in Nuremberg, Germany.
Colloquially known as the Eiserne Jungfrau in the German tongue.
It was a large, foldable, hollow coffin, embedded with razor-sharp spikes protruding from each side
of the coffin’s interior.
If a person were to be trapped inside, they would be punctured by rows of spikes, left to bleed out
in agony.
As a device, it far surpassed the guillotine in cruelty. It was designed for torture more
than execution.
Although its actual historical use is a topic of debate, such formalities could not stop the plant from
mimicking its penchant for suffering.
By the time Iron Maiden was born, Guillotine was around five years of age. Yet she had already
tasted the grim satisfaction of her first kill.
Her first victim was a failed experiment, a prisoner captured by her master who had been
corrupted into a contaminated being.
Massacre Pink soon learned that their powers were enhanced with exposure to copious amounts of
contaminated blood.
Despite Guillotine’s natural aptitude for violence, she was submissive to the man who raised her.
She heeded his every word.

Two years later, a third was born. Gallows.
With this, the man expanded his efforts to find new ways to wreak havoc upon humanity.
Using his band of murderous Massacre Pink girls, he ordered the slaughter of countless monsters,
humans, and all other Massacre Pink girls.
His end goal was coming into focus.
A mind beset with madness, intent on total destruction.
