[kisida's Commentary]: As this was a Touhou arrangement and the theme song for the game, I wanted to return to the basics. Since it was called Touhou Spell Carnival, I aimed for something that felt like it wasn't holding back or going easy, so I would be happy if you enjoyed its fast pace and the vision of us nearly in tears as we repeatedly hit notes.
[Profile]: Kisida Kyoudan & THE Akebosi Rockets was formed as a casual band after leader kisida's call in order to perform in the 2007 Touhou live event, "FloweringNight." Previously, kisida has worked on Touhou Project arrangement CDs as well as original songs since 2005 within his personal circle, Kisida Kyoudan.

In the same year of 2007, though the original plan was to disband Kisida Kyoudan & THE Akebosi Rockets after distributing their 1st doujin album, "Gensou Jihen," they found it was more difficult to go their separate ways, so they decided to continue. In 2010, they tripped into their major debut with the theme song "HIGHSCHOOL OF THE DEAD" for the TV anime "Highschool of the Dead." Ever since, they have carried on with participating in doujin activities while also being in charge of theme songs for various anime.
