Though the protagonist and their allies have gained the power of Genome Arms, their enemies, the GEMs, continue to grow stronger. After discovering that GEMs grow stronger by consuming the genomes of other GEMs, the protagonists realize they can also consume genomes to increase their power.

Defeat the GEMs roaming the Sankhara Domains to harvest their genomes and gather Ampules.

Each Ampule contains one of the six elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Sky, or Consciousness. Ampules also have ranks based on their strength. The element and rank of the Ampules you receive vary from GEM to GEM.

The synthesis, injection, and management of your Ampules is handled by an app called Everyone's Genome, which was developed by Chloe (AKA Coco). It's installed on the school's laboratory terminal and was also used to create the Suppressing Enzyme, which prevents GEM mutation.

Genome Combine is a process that synthesizes Ampules into Genome Cubes. Converting them into Genome Cubes allows them to be easily injected and absorbed by the body.

Genome Cubes have two types of attributes: Base Attributes and Additional Attributes. Both enhance a character's capabilities. Additionally, including an Ampule with an "X" in the name may randomly grant a special Passive Skill. Genome Cubes are influenced not only by the Ampules used in synthesis, but also by external EX Factors, such as charms and research papers.

Genome Injection is the process of strengthening your party with Genome Cubes. As you progress through the game, the maximum rank and number of cubes you can inject will increase to a max of eight slots. Your choice of Genome Cubes will greatly impact your combat style, so choose wisely.

Genome Cubes can be swapped and shared with allies. Be sure to keep your team's balance in mind when choosing which Genome Cubes to inject.

A specific bonus that boosts the Base and Additional Attributes of a Genome Cube. It is different for each character and injection site.

A bonus that strengthens a character based on the number of injected cubes of a given element.

Each of the six elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Sky, and Consciousness—has its own effect that only activates after a set number of cubes of the same type have been injected.
