A brusque gentleman who doesnʼt mince words, Haru served as the Dawnʼs Blood Weapons specialist. On top of being a skilled artisan, Haru is one of the few weapons masters capable of developing equipment for Blood Maidens. Although he rarely shies from profane outbursts, he cares for Jack and the Blood Maidens.
