Fang VA
Ryota Osaka

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

How "free" he is. (Laughs) They really let me run free with my acting too. He expresses emotions in an amazing way. He yells loudly, and even if I changed my inflection to the point of feeling like I was being a completely different person, it still felt like something Fang would do, so I found myself thinking, "hey, this is alright." I was allowed to be really free throughout the process!

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

It's been a while, but Fang really stayed in my memories. There aren't many games that have continued this long, and I remember having a lot of lines... It hasn't passed the 10,000 mark, but I feel I've recorded enough lines that it feels pretty close. I'm honestly very attached to him, and it honestly didn't feel like it's been that long since I played him. I was surprised when I received the script though. It was the largest amount of lines I've had until now. (Laughs) It made me think about how all the technological advancement allows for us to add more lines to the game these days.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

There are quite a few individual routes for each character, so he ends up bonding with almost every one of his friends. That probably accounts for a third of my lines. I believe it was related to the ending in the last game, and you could only strengthen your relationship with one character each time, but that doesn't seem to be the case this time around... it's a wonderful element! Doing ten playthroughs for ten people would be a lot of work, after all... though of course, if you're hooked on the game, ten playthroughs would be easy. I'm sure it would be a lot for people playing for their first time, so I think it's nice that you can strengthen everyone's relationships during one playthrough if you try hard.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

The previous game was a more straightforward RPG, but the genre is different, so those who were looking forward to a direct sequel might be a little hesitant at first. I'm sure those who are new to the game will be able to jump right in though. I'd be really happy if playing this game sparked enough interest in these new fans to check out the older titles. For those who think "the enemies are really tough!" or "I'm looking for a tougher game!", I'm sure there's difficulty adjustment, so this game will be fun for casual gamers and more hardcore players alike. I hope you look forward to the game!
Eryn VA
Rumi Okubo

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

She's really upbeat, cute, energetic, and optimistic. Just being around her gives you energy, and she's a "heroine of heroines." To me, she's a heroine as bright as the sun. I feel like Eryn's charm is that she doesn't have a dark past or dark aspect to herself, so she's the ultimate partner that you can trust anywhere, from all 360 degrees.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

I was a little, um... worried about whether I could remember my acting from seven years ago. (Laughs) I had voiced Eryn for other games, so it wasn't like "I can't remember her at all!", but I haven't been voicing too many upbeat heroines, so to make her feel simply cute and straightforward... When I voice characters I'm often told they feel like they have a darker side to them, but Eryn absolutely has no dark side, so I had to make a conscious effort to remove that nuance. I've grown both as an actress and a person over the past seven years, so I voiced her while thinking about my own growth, without forgetting what made Eryn good originally.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

Eryn is already a caring person, but I feel like she's become even more of an older sister now after having met Fleur and Rinne. It's a little different from when she was only playing alongside Fang and the others. It's nice to see a different side of her. Aside from that, the members from before really haven't changed at all, so I think new players will enjoy their banter, which is definitely reassuring for fans of the older titles who were hoping that these relationships between the characters remained intact. With the new characters, there are some that seem to be nice people, but you don't know what they're thinking, so I think it will be interesting to see how that turns out.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

I never imagined that after seven years I'd be able to work in Fairy Fencer F again, so I was very happy. Fairy Fencer F had been written on the office's schedule for a while, and I wondered, "what is this?! It's been a while, so is it a new game? Wait, but is it really a new game?!" It made me excited to think about and I was looking forward to what it was going to be. When it turned out to actually be a new title, it made me so happy to interact with this world again. That's definitely thanks to everyone who enjoyed the first and second games. Not to diminish the first two, but I think the third game has come out so very wonderfully, so I hope you like it. For new players, I'd be happy if you played the previous games before enjoying this one. Please support Fairy Fencer F so it can keep continuing!
Tiara VA
Kaori Ishihara

Please tell us about the charming aspects of your character.

Tiara is haughty and tends to speak a little harshly, but she's a kind girl who cares for her friends. It's funny to watch how much she responds to Fang talking a little rough with her.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

Since Fang and Eryn are special people to Tiara, I thought she would be able to show her true self. So I tried to give her more variation based on the situation. I tried to speak with a strong tone for her sassier lines and kindly, conveying her emotion more, for her affectionate lines.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

The story about Fang and Tiara's dropped item made my heart flutter! I ended up reading those lines a little more quickly without thinking when we were recording it. Those two are so awkward and adorable, I hope everyone who plays will enjoy it.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

Thank you for always supporting Fairy Fencer F! When I heard they were going to release a new game for the first time in seven years, I was very happy knowing I'd be able to act in it again. This time around the story has been powered up with the inclusion of the Muses, and I hope everyone enjoys the game! Thank you!
Fleur VA
Yui Ishikawa

Please tell us about the charming aspects of your character.

When you first meet her, she gives the impression of having little emotion and being cool, but as she spends time with Fang and the others, she slowly starts to show more emotion. There's a lot she doesn't know, so her off-hand remarks are cute, and she sometimes doesn't mesh well with everyone, but that side of her is cute.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

This is the first time Fleur's meeting all the other characters, and I was able to interact with this game with the same feelings. I recorded my lines while hoping she could become a character that those who played the previous games would love!

When you first read the script, how did you feel about the story?

As I kept reading it, the more the situation became suspicious... and halfway through, I was waiting for a surprise that would make me go "What?! Really?!" From then on, I was on the edge of my seat.

Was there any gap between how you first envisioned the character versus when you actually voiced them?

At first I thought she had a cool, or rather a mature personality, but she has a side that's surprisingly assertive and hard-working. That was very adorable to watch unfold!

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

Fleur participates in battles with her singing, so please keep an eye out for that! I sang with all of my heart to make sure I could send strength to all her friends and to everyone playing!

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

I'm really happy to be added to the friends in Fairy Fencer F! Fleur will be a very key character in this game. Imagine all the secrets her character might hold, and look forward to the release!
Al VA
Takashi Kondo

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

Al as a character is Fleur's Fairy, and he travels with everyone else... but pretty much from the beginning, he just kind of, slides right on in and before you know it, he's everyone's friend. (Laughs) He seems pretty suspicious, but he's also a character that's kinda hard to hate. He's older than the others, as well as being a researcher and well-learned, so I tried to have him feel like a knowledgeable, supporting character.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

I wasn't being conscious of anything in particular. It was a new story, so I didn't think it felt right to consciously think, "it was like this until now, so I should do this or that." So... he just kind of slid in. I know I keep saying he slides on in (Laughs) but I was thinking more about how to get him to blend in with all the characters everyone knows. I know I'm the one saying this, but he's become a really great character, one that suddenly says some questionable things... but he's suddenly become everyone's friend!

When you first read the script, how did you feel about the story?

At first, I thought it was a simply composed story in a good way, but as the story progressed, it changed into a story where it surprisingly wasn't, where I couldn't think it was that simple.

Was there any gap between how you first envisioned the character versus when you actually voiced them?

For the direction of my character creation, I thought it might have been nice to make him a cuter character... But considering his older age, I thought of his contrast with the other characters. He has family-like exchanges with his partner Fleur, and he himself sees her as more of a daughter than anything, so I tried to be aware of giving off an older feel.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

They love banter in the side stories! They're just full of energy and so adorable! If you strictly play through the main story, it can be pretty serious, and it feels like a harsh fate awaits our cast, right? A little break can be nice to have from time to time. Checking-in on the characters' relationships or seeing them live through some ordinary moments, even something as simple as a trivial conversation, it's cute. I think it's really important during this kind of story. I hold those smaller moments very dear and enjoy them deeply.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

It's a new game in the series after seven years, and this time around it's on more platforms, along with having been expanded, so I feel like there will be a lot of new players. The intertwining of characters, getting involved with someone, resonating and sympathizing with them are important thematic elements. I'd be happy if, amongst all of that, you'll watch to the end how this suspicious old man (Laughs) will resonate with the other characters.
Glace VA
Yoko Hikasa

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

She's a character who speaks calmly and dispassionately, and she faithfully works for her mission, just as ruthlessly as she looks. She has absolute trust in her master.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

There are scenes where she's keeping her calm, but she also shows human emotions and feelings in her own way, so I was careful to walk a perfect line of not showing too much, but letting just enough emotion leak out.

When you first read the script, how did you feel about the story?

When what a person believes in collapses, should they keep believing in it? I felt like it was a story about seeing hope in the midst of sadness and helplessness.

Was there any gap between how you first envisioned the character versus when you actually voiced them?

When I received the script, I had thought I should show a little more emotion during my acting, but then I thought it would be better for her to act more calm normally in order to pronounce the difference between that and when her true feelings come out, to make her character stand out more.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

There's an event where she meets children, and I won't go into details since it would be spoilers, but you get to see a different side to her in that scene, so I'd love for everyone to see it. The songs are also wonderful, so please listen to them.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

It's been seven years since a new entry to the Fairy Fencer F series, so I'm sure there's a lot of fans who have been waiting for this. I was very happy I was able to take part in it myself, and I did my very best to express the subtleties of the heart. The music is also amazing, so please look forward to the release, everyone!
Ibfreet
Shouma Yamamoto

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

It's definitely how it's clear what he likes and dislikes, and how straightforward he is. It's pretty easy to laugh at the difference in how he interacts with Zagi and Marianna. It's fun to watch.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

This is my first time being a part of this, so I want to do my best to meet everyone's expectations.

When you first read the script, how did you feel about the story?

As I was reading the story, the content made me want to know more about how it progressed, and it has a sense of excitement that makes you go "that's what happens?" "ooh, I see!" I felt there was a lot to enjoy, such as the banter between friends, as well as softer moments.

Was there any gap between how you first envisioned the character versus when you actually voiced them?

I didn't feel a particularly big difference, but he (Ibfreet) really has particular habits, so I struggled to capture them correctly.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

Personally, it would be the sub-story with Marianna. You'll be able to see a different side to Ibfreet!

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

Fans of the Fairy Fencer F series, thank you for waiting! I'm happy too that you'll be able to enjoy this world once more after seven years have passed. Please look forward to release!
Rinne VA
Kaede Hondo

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

First off, I personally really like the way she looks. Her character looks so young, but for her age, she's experienced quite a rich life... I thought how it was really rewarding to act out how Rinne is now because of the things she's had to live through. She has a lot of difficulties when everyone first meets her, but I think part of her charm is that as everyone talks to her about various things, a more age-appropriate side to her starts to appear.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

It's amazing that seven years have passed. I was trembling because that was right around the time that I had first started working. (Laughs) There's so much history behind it, and I'm sure fans have been waiting, so I tried my best to become familiar with the world.

Also, the Rinne that was created from being directed, and the character I had imagined on my own were different, so I had to keep that in mind during my performance. She usually speaks with in a halting manner, but there were surprisingly a lot of places where she spoke with a lot of emotion, so it was tough to keep that up. I tried to express resentment and hatred while also wanting to make sure the audience wouldn't dislike her completely.

When you first read the script, how did you feel about the story?

Rinne's first appearance starts with a scream, "Gyaaah!" so I kept reading while my heart was beating, thinking "Oh wow! What's going to happen after this? Could it be she'll always be this serious?" On the other hand, each appearing character has such a unique personality, and they're at times slapstick, noisy, comedic, and they sometimes do bits and make you think, "they're funny people," so there's a lot of variation in the story. What they're searching for, looking for, and trying to accomplish never changes, but within all that it never gets boring, and depending on which character I talked to the expression changed as well, so that part was very wonderful.

Was there any gap between how you first envisioned the character versus when you actually voiced them?

Before reading the story, I was given Rinne's profile, but the reference line from the script was "Fine. Then you'll die. I don't mind killing you." and I thought, "Wow, what a child." (Laughs) Because of everything in her past, she seemed farsighted. My first impression was that she's usually calm, but there were some things she wouldn't budge on, and that would be the trigger that would make her explode. As I kept reading, my idea of her changed, and in the end I find that she's pretty adorable! The people surrounding her changed her to the point I could think "what an adorable person." That's why if you play through the game, there are lines that will make you go "oh, she can say these things too." I hope you'll cherish her.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

As you progress, there's parts where you'll see Rinne trying very hard to learn certain words. They were words that both Rinne and I have said for the first time, so it was very adorable and... it was just adorable. (Laughs) She changes a lot from when you first meet her, so that part's a must-see, must-listen. Please do read and strengthen your bond with her.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

I'm Kaede Hondo, and I had the pleasure of voicing Rinne. When I learned I was going to take part in this work, I took a look at the website and other media, and since the previous work was in 2015 I couldn't help but feel like, "oh, I'm so nervous." I really want Rinne and the others to be liked! Rinne's a child who really ends up growing up, so I'm curious as to how people will receive her just after they've first met her. I hope everyone will listen carefully to each and every word. Please look forward to it.
A.J. VA
Yuki Fujiwara

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

The way they give and take comedically. The tension there can be kinda bizarre whenever they get angry. Perhaps it's from their abundant life experience, but they sometimes say things that surprise everyone. They're everyone's grandparent, older sibling, even parental figure. I think that contrast is their charm.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

It's a great honor to take part in a new entry after seven years. I'm sure the staff have created it with incredible spirit as well! I felt pressure from there, but since it was a new character, I was determined to act so that things would feel new!

When you first read the script, how did you feel about the story?

I thought it was a story that had a good balance between comedy and drama. The scenes that make you chuckle certainly bring a little variation to the story too.The relationships between characters are also wonderful, and it felt like a success story for all of them.

Was there any gap between how you first envisioned the character versus when you actually voiced them?

At first, I had imagined them to have a little more of a flashy personality, but what I was requested to do was more of an androgynous character. I feel like I was left to do what I wanted despite that... (Laughs)

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

The more serious moments are a must-see for the character. The contract is great. You'll see that they can be motherly, that they're carrying some real weight.

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

It's been a surprising seven years since a new Fairy Fencer F entry. I'm sure fans are looking forward to meeting those characters they're familiar with, and it's been an honor for me to join in among all of them. Please look forward to a new installment of the Fairy Fencer F!
Harley VA
Nao Toyama

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

She's like the cool, pretty older sister. She's a gifted research, but she's also got this messiness to her. She can get kind of stalkerish in front of the Fairies, and tends to wander around in a shameful state, without a care in the world, in front of the guys. There's an absolute charm to that.

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

Seven years ago when I first met Harley, I didn't have much experience acting as an older person, so I have memories of having to craft her voice so carefully. If you really think about it, I wonder what was the deciding factor for my casting! I was able to ease into her character so much more easily this time around, thankfully.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

Towards the end, I acted out a scene that that was a bit of a rare taste for Harley. It even made me, the actress who portrays her, utter out, "Wow, even she's capable of such tender emotions!" But even when she's how she normally is, she's still adorable! (Laughs)

Please give a word to our players waiting for the release!

After a long while, we've returned to the world of Fairy Fencer F! I was hardly able to stop reading the script at the various truths that the characters we're familiar with uncovered. I hope you'll enjoy it!

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

She's a bit of a scary child, but she's actually got a lot of cute sides, despite her appearance. When she gets comfortable with you, she'll feel a lot closer. That'll make your heart flutter too!

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

I tried to be conscious of putting some variations on how I conveyed things while just saying "kill" all of the time. I hope her kindness and friendliness comes across during her regular conversations.。

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

I'd like for everyone to have a fun summer with a curious Ethel. ♪ I'm sure you'll want to teach her lots of things!

Takuya Eguchi

Please tell me some things you like about your character.

Perhaps the part where he's got a surprisingly caustic tongue? (Laughs) Also, how he's very "two-faced" at the end of the day! I'm sure those who have played before understand what I mean. (Laughs)

As it's been seven years since a new title in the Fairy Fencer F series, was there anything you were conscious of while voicing your character?

You know, either way, the role I was given is just like that. (Laughs) I really wanted to create that contrast there, and add in new elements from there.

Are there any must-see events or moments you would like fans to see?

There was a point during recording where I was acting while tears were running down my face... I'd love people to hear that part.
