As a result, most seemed to live a prosperous life.
In exchange for these happy lives they lived: all forms of information were monitored 24/7.
In the hometown of our protagonist, whispers of an urban legend began to spread.
The Other World Stream.
An illegal stream that doesn't seem to serve any purpose.
Somehow, there is little to no information about it available online.
Romance, suspense, mystery...
It streams dramas not unlike those you see on TV or other streaming services.
What's so special about this that would cause people to talk about it?
Maybe it's because of what it claims to provide.
All they know is that if you get chosen to appear on it, your wish will come true.
Whispers of this stream became an urban legend.
For these people who had so much, the Other World Stream,
existing outside of their world bound by surveillance, allured them with a freedom they were missing.
