Heroine: "Your name is...Gill Lovecraft, correct? Nice to meet you. I'm—"
Gill Lovecraft: "How's it goin'?! It sure has been a while, huh?"; He cut in abruptly and immediately took my hand.

That open smile of his was one thing I could never forget.
He looked so different, I wasn't a hundred percent sure before, but...
Heroine: "Are you...really the same Gill I used to know?"; Gill Lovecraft—my old roommate.
He really helped me out when I first got to the Human Realm and had no idea what I was doing.

He also attended Los York University, just like me.
He, Claris, and I hung out all the time back then.
Gill Lovecraft: "Ahahaha, wow! How crazy is this?
I never expected to run into you again here of all places!"
Heroine: "Yeah, same here.
You've really changed a lot.
Your fashion sense has improved, for one thing."
Gill Lovecraft: "G-Gee, thanks.
Nothing makes me happier than getting a compliment from you, ya know."
Heroine: "Hehe, I see you still love to exaggerate, though."
Gill Lovecraft: "I really am happy, though.
I thought about getting in touch so many times, but I could never quite pull the trigger."
Heroine: "Really, how come?
I would've been happy to hear from you anytime."
Gill Lovecraft: "Well, I just felt kinda awkward, ya know?
I just thought that I needed to change myself, too."
Gill Lovecraft: "I would always make excuses to justify it, like I needed to get more confident or whatever.
Then before I knew it, two years had gone by..."
Gill Lovecraft: "Ahaha... But I can't believe how much more beautiful you've become!
So, uh...are you dating anyone right now?"
Heroine: "Dating? N-No, not at the moment..."
Gill Lovecraft: "O-Oh, really...?"
Heroine: "How about you, Gill? Are you—?
Oh, sorry, dumb question. That's why you're here, after all.
Anyway, let's start the official interview!"
Gill Lovecraft: "Huh? Interview?"
Heroine: "Well...that IS why you came to us, right? To find someone to marry?"
Gill Lovecraft: "O-Oh, right... Yeah, I guess so.
But I kinda forgot all about that once I saw you again."
